If my name ever goes into history, it will be for this act, and my whole soul is in it.
— A. Lincoln, 1863Cottage Conversations
What better place to learn about Abraham Lincoln than the home he loved so much? Join us for Cottage Conversations. This lecture series in the Cottage offers relaxing evenings to socialize and learn something new about our 16th president from authors, collectors, and artists. The program starts with a cocktail reception, followed by the lecture and, when an author is the speaker, a booksigning.
The 2011-2012 series is made possible through the support of The Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Foundation, dedicated to perpetuating and expanding Lincoln's vision for America and completing America's unfinished work.
